These general terms and conditions apply between Lerbo Consulting AB, 559031-8548 and you as a customer placing an order with us via www.lerbotradgard.se. Detailed contact information and other details about Lerbo Consulting AB can be found on www.lerbotradgard.se. The terms only apply to you as a consumer who places an order and thus purchases a product from us via www.lerbotradgard.se.<\/li>
In addition to the Terms, Lerbo Consulting AB's [privacy policy (link to \/page\/policy-och-cookies)<\/u>] also applies. This policy explains how we process your personal data when you shop with us.<\/li>
If you shop as a private individual, you need to be over 16 years old and not under guardianship. If you are under 16, your guardians' consent is required to place an order with us.<\/li>
We may change these Terms at any time, but the changes you accepted at the time of your purchase always apply to that purchase. All changes will be reflected in the latest published version of the Terms on www.lerbotradgard.se. Changes take effect once you have accepted the Terms, i.e., when you make a new purchase.<\/li><\/ol>
2. Agreement and Order<\/p>

To complete a purchase via www.lerbotradgard.se<\/a>, you must accept the Terms.<\/li>
After receiving your order, Lerbo Consulting AB will as soon as possible send you an order confirmation via email that confirms the order. A purchase agreement is only concluded when Lerbo Consulting AB has confirmed the order in writing and you have received the order confirmation by email.<\/li>
We reserve the right to refuse an order, for example if you have provided incorrect information or if the order cannot be fulfilled due to sold-out items.<\/li>
Please note that we never backorder products that are temporarily out of stock. Such products must be reordered at another time.<\/li><\/ol>
3. Product Information etc.<\/p>

We reserve the right for sold-out products as well as any image or typographical errors on www.lerbotradgard.se<\/a>, in advertisements or other marketing materials and product descriptions. Lerbo Consulting AB has the right to correct any such errors, change or update the information on www.lerbotradgard.se<\/a> and to continuously implement product changes and improvements on www.lerbotradgard.se<\/a>.<\/li>
Images on www.lerbotradgard.se<\/a> showing products, in advertisements, and other marketing materials are for illustration purposes only and do not constitute a specification of the product's properties, functions, origin or any warranty. The content on www.lerbotradgard.se<\/a> is protected by copyright. Product names and logos may also be protected by trademark law or marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout as well as information about products, services, and other content may not be copied or used without prior written permission from Lerbo Consulting AB.<\/li><\/ol>
4. Prices and Payment<\/p>

At the time of order, the prices indicated on www.lerbotradgard.se apply, unless otherwise expressly agreed or circumstances clearly dictate otherwise. All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT. Prices do not include any payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately. The total price for the order is shown before you finalize the order and in the order confirmation.<\/li>
Lerbo Consulting AB strives for www.lerbotradgard.se to contain correct information to the greatest extent possible. However, we reserve the right that www.lerbotradgard.se may contain typographical errors and incorrect prices, and we are not bound by prices that you realized or should have realized were incorrect. If an incorrect price has been stated for an ordered product, we will inform you and wait for your approval of the corrected price before the order is considered accepted.<\/li>
You can pay for your purchase using the payment options and according to the separate payment terms stated on www.lerbotradgard.se. We reserve the right not to always offer all payment methods or to change payment methods if the chosen payment method does not work at the time of purchase.<\/li><\/ol>
5. Promotions, Discount Codes and Other Offers<\/p>

Lerbo Consulting AB may from time to time run promotions, discount codes and other offers for various products (“Offers”). For products covered by such Offers, the favorable price or terms apply during the limited period indicated in connection with the relevant Offer or while stocks last. Otherwise, these Terms apply.<\/li>
Offers may not be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated otherwise. Upon termination or withdrawal of an Offer, these Terms will apply in full to the products previously covered by the Offer.<\/li><\/ol>
6. Abandoned Shopping Cart<\/p>

If you have added items to your cart without completing an order, we will send you a reminder email about the products you have placed in the cart provided that you:

are a customer and have not objected to receiving marketing from us, or<\/li>
have otherwise consented to receiving marketing from us.<\/li><\/ul> <\/li>
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the email you receive.<\/li>
You can recreate your cart with all the products you placed in it at any time. If you do not want to recreate the cart, you do not need to take any action. Price and availability of products are based on the prices and availability at the time you added the products to the cart. Therefore, we reserve the right to change prices in connection with various Offers and sold-out items.<\/li><\/ol>
7. Delivery<\/p>

Shipping costs are added to the order unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of your order. More information about delivery options can be found on www.lerbotradgard.se. Please note that restrictions may apply to the various options.<\/li>
Delivery time may vary depending on the option you choose. The expected delivery time is stated on www.lerbotradgard.se<\/a> and will be shown to you during the ordering process.<\/li>
Before delivery, you will receive a notification indicating where and when your order should be picked up or received. You are responsible for receiving or picking up your order within the time stated in the notification. Packages are primarily to be picked up personally with valid ID and order number. For uncollected orders, a fee of 200 SEK will be charged for our handling cost of the order and return shipping to us. This will be deducted from your refund once we have received the item in return.<\/li><\/ol>
8. Right of Withdrawal for Private Individuals<\/p>

When purchasing products from www.lerbotradgard.se<\/a>, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason, with exceptions noted below. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the ordered product.<\/li>
When making your purchase via www.lerbotradgard.se<\/a>, you have the right to open the packaging and inspect the product to the extent necessary to assess if you are satisfied with it. If the product is handled beyond what is necessary to determine its properties or function, Lerbo Consulting AB has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product’s depreciation from any refund. The amount corresponds to the reduction in value compared to the product’s original value.<\/li>
By accepting the Terms, you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered other than on a physical medium.<\/li>
When ordering a product to which the right of withdrawal does not apply, you will be clearly informed of this. If a product is sealed, you may not break the seal to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right to withdraw ends when the seal is broken. Sealing also includes technical seals (e.g., serial numbers).<\/li>
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear and unambiguous notification to Lerbo Consulting AB before the withdrawal period has expired - see customer service, or contact us by phone. For smooth handling, the message should include your name, address, order number, order date, email address and which products you withdraw from if the order contains multiple products. The message can be sent via our [complaint and return form (link to \/page\/reklamation-och-retur)<\/u>], or the standard withdrawal form provided by the Consumer Agency, see here<\/b><\/a>.<\/li>
Products must be sent back to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Request return label from customer service. The withdrawal period is considered observed if you send the goods back before this thirty-day period expires. For returned products covered by the right of withdrawal, you must pay the return shipping cost of 90 SEK (deducted from the refund upon return) and are responsible for the condition of the returned product from the time you receive it until we receive it. We therefore recommend that the product is sent in its original packaging and well packed with traceable shipment.<\/li>
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments we have received from you minus return shipping costs of 90 SEK. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 7 days from the day we have received the returned product. The refund is made via the payment method you chose when ordering unless otherwise expressly agreed.<\/li><\/ol>
9. Open Purchase for Private Individuals<\/p>

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Lerbo Consulting AB offers all customers an open purchase period of 30 days and the right to exchange. Returns should be made to Lerbo Consulting AB and handled as stated under point 8 above.<\/li><\/ol>
10. Warranty<\/p>

For products covered by warranty, the warranty period and other conditions to claim the warranty are detailed in connection with each product description on www.lerbotradgard.se.<\/li>
To claim the warranty, relevant proof of purchase, receipt and delivery note must accompany the complaint. Note that special warranty terms may apply for products from different suppliers and manufacturers. Please pay attention to this when reading the product description for your product.<\/li><\/ol>
11. Complaints for Private Individuals<\/p>

When ordering via www.lerbotradgard.se<\/a>, you always have the right to [complain about your product (link to \/page\/reklamation-och-retur)<\/u>] within 30 days from the day you received the product. If you want to report a defect in the product, contact Lerbo Consulting AB as soon as possible after the defect is discovered.<\/li>
We recommend that you inspect the products upon receipt and report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or pickup location and note the damages on the freight documents. Or contact us.<\/li>
You can complain about a defective product by returning it to us - request return label by contacting customer service. You are responsible for the condition of the returned product from the time you receive it until Lerbo Consulting AB receives it. We therefore recommend that the product is sent in the original packaging and well packed with traceable shipment. Lerbo Consulting AB does not accept products returned via cash on delivery or similar.<\/li>
When Lerbo Consulting AB has received the complained product and found the complaint valid, we will compensate you according to applicable law. This means the defect will be remedied or we will replace the defective product with a new one. If this is not possible or deemed more cost-effective by Lerbo Consulting AB, a refund of the amount you paid for your order may be made instead. Note that Lerbo Consulting AB has the right to reject a complaint if it turns out the product is not defective according to applicable law and in such cases will not reimburse any costs for return shipping.<\/li><\/ol>
12. Applicable Law and Disputes<\/p>

If you have questions regarding complaints, your right of withdrawal or other questions about your order, you are welcome to contact our [customer service (link to \/customer-service)<\/u>].<\/li>
You as a consumer can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) via arn.se<\/b><\/a> or by mail to Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. In case of dispute, Lerbo Consulting AB follows ARN's recommendations. Disputes between companies are resolved by general courts.<\/li><\/ol>
These terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law.<\/p>
